Shipping and Delivery Policy

All orders will be shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by email and an estimated shipping date will be presented.

Note: Delivery times can be affected in times of high sales volume (such as Black Friday, Christmas ...)

Cool Vino ships to Spain (except the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal. 

Currently we do not ship outside of Spain and / or Portugal. Sorry for the disturbances.

All our shipments in Spain and Portugal are made by the Nacex courier company, in charge of delivery and transport. We also offer local delivery services in Madrid Centro with the courier company Sinergia. In the event that a change in the delivery address is necessary, once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible.

Once the package has been dispatched to Nacex or Sinergia, the change of address will incur a surcharge equivalent to the cost of shipping.

No shipments can be made to PO boxes.

1. For purchases of less than € 35 in the Peninsula - Shipping costs: € 3.00

2. For purchases over € 36 in the Peninsula - Shipping costs: FREE

* Peninsular area: Delivery guarantee 48 to 72h

3. For deliveries on the same day in Madrid Centro - Shipping costs: € 4.00

4. For shipments to Portugal - Shipping costs: Pack 4: 6,00€ Pack 12: 7,50€ Pack 24: 9,50€
